Jessica leads a life a tad bit different than the normal woman. She's a caretaker for an elderly couple who rarely visit that home. She doesn't sleep much, about four hours every few days and every time she does she has terrifying nightmares and wakes up screaming.
Only they aren't just nightmares. They're real trials for those that have passed on. And they will either be exalted or condemned.
But many odd things are happening in her once quiet life.
The grandson of the couple that owns the house she looks after comes back after their passing and soon discovers her secret.
Her new neighbor with an obvious interest in her is hiding something.
When she finally has someone special in her life, how long will that last before her... unique life takes that away from her as well?
