The Next Forever by Lisa Burstein

College is the time to have fun, let loose, and experiment. That's a little difficult when you're in a committed relationship. Not that either Amy or Joe are complaining, although something about their relationship is off, they still love each other.
That doesn't mean they don't both want a little time to themselves. When they both get their night away from each other, and find themselves with a new person, will this lure them towards something new, or bring them closer together?

This book was pretty good, it was short, but I still liked it. I normally go for the paranormal books, but this book was good. It was nice to read a book that could actually happen in real life, yanno? Anywho, I really liked Joe and Amy and I recommend this book. :)

Prophecy Girl by Cecily White

Amelie Bennett has one purpose in life, to slay crossworld demons.
However, before she does that she has to graduate from her Guardian Academy and find a bondmate. Easy enough, right?
Normally, yes. But with her instructors being murdered and the mysterious connection between her and the new young substitute, things are slowly going to hell. And there's something Jackson knows that he isn't telling her.

All of those problems pale in comparison when she has to go on the run from everyone after they all believe she's a murderer and order the Guardians to execute her on site. But hey, at least she has Jackson to keep her company, right? ;D
But things are much more complicated than they seem. Will her and Jackson be able to make it out with their lives when everything is revealed?

Wow, okay.
Great. Freaking. Book.
Seriously. Like, go run to your bookstores and buy it.
I really liked this book. It was very interesting and it kept me on my toes. It gets a little confusing if you don't pay much attention to the little details like me.
I skipped a lot of the small details and by the time I was a quarter of the way through I was so confused I had to completely re-read it from the beginning so pay attention, haha. I loved Jackson, although part of me couldn't stop picturing him as a middle-aged man once they said he was a trainer.

Otherwise, it was a great book and I recommend it. :)

The Deepest Cut by J.A. Templeton

Riley's life takes an unique turn after her dad forces her and her brother to move from Portland to Scotland a year after her mother's death.
Ever since Riley woke up from the car wreck that took her mother away from her, she's been able to see things most people can't-and don't want to- see.
Ghosts.
She's kept it a secret since when she tried to tell her dad, he deemed her totally and completely insane and had her doped up on pills that made her numb.
After spirit that is incredibly hard to ignore catches her doing the one thing that brings her relief, cutting herself, he becomes a very big part of her life while she tries to help him cross over.

Little did she know how significantly her life would be forever changed by one Ian MacKinnon...

Well guys, I've gotta tell you, I've read the whole trilogy and it gave me goosebumps on multiple occasions. I really liked it because it wasn't necessarily too far-fetched. At least, it didn't seem like that to someone who believes in spirits and such. Although there were a few sleepless nights after reading these books before bed, okay, not the best choice I've ever made, I really enjoyed this book. I loved Riley, and the books literally had me in tears one minute, and smiling the next.

Branded by Kiary Taylor

Jessica leads a life a tad bit different than the normal woman. She's a caretaker for an elderly couple who rarely visit that home. She doesn't sleep much, about four hours every few days and every time she does she has terrifying nightmares and wakes up screaming.
Only they aren't just nightmares. They're real trials for those that have passed on. And they will either be exalted or condemned.
But many odd things are happening in her once quiet life.
The grandson of the couple that owns the house she looks after comes back after their passing and soon discovers her secret.
Her new neighbor with an obvious interest in her is hiding something.

When she finally has someone special in her life, how long will that last before her... unique life takes that away from her as well?

Forgotten Souls by Tiffany King - The Second Book in The Saving Angels Trilogy

Krista's already above average Guide skills were truly put to the test when her Protector's Dad revealed his true evil side by kidnapping Krista and Mark then exposing them to a series of obviously intrusive tests.
After she uses her newly discovered abilities to free them, her and her friends are trained extensively by their Archangel mentor, and she discovers that even when she's among a group that is like her, she sticks out. Her abilities are beyond that of an average guide, and they are still growing.
With Mark's evil dad still out there plotting, they are waiting for him to strike.

But will they be prepared for the outcomes when he finally does?

Definately a favorite book of mine, I read it all in one sitting. Truly amazing. :)

Meant To Be by Tiffany King - Book 1 in The Saving Angels Series

After rereading almost every book on my nook, I decided it was time to indulge myself in some new reading material, and I bought the entire The Saving Angels series.
Yeeee! Books! :)
-insert fangirling here-
Anywho, I was a bit wary of this book, fearing insta-love, but considering Mark is the man of Krista's dreams, literally, it worked well for this book.

Krista has been living her entire life feeling as if she's been set apart from the  rest of the population. She's extremely sensitive, even just reading a sad book can leave her depressed for days on end. Not to mention she can feel others emotions as well. She's remarkably smart, and has never had to put too much effort into school. She was abandoned when she was two years old. The quirkiest thing about her?
She has dreamt about the same guy every night for as long as she can remember.
But when her dreams start changing, and her life follows suit, what will be the outcome for Krista?

Water Keeper Series.

If I had my way, I would probably buy a new book every few days, but since money doesn't grow on trees, I reread books quite often.
Currently I'm rereading The Water Keepers series and I'm falling in love with the book all over again. I remember when I first read this, I wasn't all that impressed at first because I thought it revolved around insta-love, after Rayne saved Sadie from drowning, but after I actually read the books, it made perfect sense, and I really enjoyed the series so far. I'm pretty excited for Ambrosia Shore, especially after Rogue Wave ended.
Sadie's life isn't as simple, carefree, and happy as she always thought it was. She goes from having a completely perfect life, to having everything turned upside-down on her. She finds out she has a Keeper assigned to her, and although Sadie just recently found out about Rayne - definitely not by his choice - she feels a strong connection that she can't deny. But when he tells her that the connection isn't real and they have to fight their undeniable feelings for each other, things don't go according to plan.

Demon Kissed Series

I'm so sorry for not posting lately, although I'm not sure why I'm apologizing because I'm pretty sure no one pays attention to my blog anyways, lol.
The Demon Kissed series is SO badass. It totally had me fangirling all over it.
Collin is well... Collin.
Ivy has been forced into a future she sure as hell doesn't want, and it's very likely she won't make it out alive.
At this point, she's not trying to. She's just trying to save the world, as cliche as that sounds.
It doesn't help that the only way she can feel since her little altercation with a bitch in a black mirror, is when she is under the influence of demon blood.
